  1. How can you print a document from your laptop at HZ?

    To print any document from your own device follow the following steps:

    1. Make sure you have your Student Pass!
    2. Go to a document you want to print
    3. Select HZ printer
    4. It is now added to the queue on your account
    5. Scan your Student Pass at any printer and the docuement will be printed there.
  2. How can you scan a document and send it to your laptop at HZ?

    To scan a document follow the following steps:

    1. Make sure you have your Student Pass!
    2. Go to any scanner on in the building
    3. Scan you Student Pass
    4. Select "scan item"
    5. Scan your item(s)
    6. Once completed the items will go to the mail on your Student Pass
    7. You will receive your items in the assigned mail adress
  3. How can I buy something on the HZ web shop?

    To buy something from the webshop follow the following steps:

    1. Go to your "MyHZ Profile"
    2. Click "Webshop"
    3. Select the wanted items and go to the checkout
    4. Have fun with your projects
  4. How can you book a project space in one of the wings?

    You can book a project space using the "My.HZ portal"

    1. Go to My.HZ and login
    2. Click on "Selfservice Portal"
    3. Click on "Make a Reservation"
    4. Click on "Reserve Meeting Room"
    5. Under the GW (Groene Woud) section find a open space in the agenda.
    6. Click Reserve and your room is booked for the selected time.
  5. What are the instructions if you want to park your car at the HZ parking lot?

    To park your car it requires you to have a Studen Pass

    1. Make sure you have your Student Pass!
    2. Activate your Student Pass at the reception desk to get parking access
    3. Drive towards PZEM and open the gate with your Student Pass
    4. Find the specific parking spot for HZ Students and park your car there.
